Borders RTS Badges Guide
Badge Overview
Borders RTS awards six Roblox badges tracking milestones from first construction to nuclear warfare. Badges display on your Roblox profile and signal experience to lobby mates — they confer no in-match stat bonuses, but earning them teaches core systems covered across our guides hub.
Win rates listed below come from Rolimon's badge statistics and shift as the player base grows past the May 2026 concurrent peak of 2,500 players. Early alpha means badge difficulty may change when Smokestack Games adjusts tutorials or nuclear timing in the v2.0 patch.
Work through badges systematically: tutorial completion, first building, first attack, then advanced nuclear badges once you understand nuke production and SAM defense.
All Six Badges
Completed Tutorial (~3.9% win rate among owners) — Finish the in-game tutorial introducing B build menu, T trade, and territory capture. If stuck, read how to play then replay tutorial steps in a private lobby.
First Building (~18.4%) — Place any structure via the build menu. New players typically earn this while constructing farms and quarries from the economy build opening.
First Attack (~19.7%) — Launch your first offensive against another player or neutral territory. Study expansion timing so the attack succeeds rather than wasting troops.
First Nuke (~8.5%) — Deploy a nuclear weapon after producing gasoline through refineries. Follow the full nuke guide — only a fraction of players reach endgame arsenals.
Borders Alpha Badge (~28.1%) — Commemorative alpha participation badge distributed during Smokestack Games early access waves. May require playing during specific alpha windows — check Discord announcements on our community page.
First Item — Earned when acquiring special inventory items during events or trade interactions. Event drops tie to the events calendar and Season 1 schedule.
Fastest Badge Route for New Players
Queue casual North America or Europe lobbies with low aggression. Complete tutorial, place two farms plus one quarry for First Building, then capture one neutral tile border for First Attack within ten minutes.
Defer First Nuke until you can reliably hit mid-game economy benchmarks from our resource calculator. Rushing nukes without SAM coverage invites easy losses.
Showcase earned badges when joining ranked — experienced players respect Completed Tutorial and First Attack badges combined with sensible building tier choices more than cosmetic game passes.
Badges vs Game Passes
Badges are free achievements; game passes cost Robux. Badges prove you executed mechanics; passes provide cosmetics or convenience. Neither replaces map knowledge from all maps guides.
Alpha badge hunting may overlap limited-time events — monitor patch notes so you do not miss retroactive awards when Smokestack Games runs milestone celebrations.
